Lightbulb Wheel Spacers on 369M's

I've got a 30d M Sport with staggered 369M's, has anyone considered using wheel spacers? I think the track looks a bit narrow overall when compared with the body...if each wheel had an increase in offset of 20-25mm it would look much better (IMHO)

I'm not sure about spacers, I've never used them before, do they have an adverse effect on handling / steering? I've found these items, they look very well made and still allow the use of the OE wheel bolts:

Comments much appreciated.

Putting on spacers will change scrub radius http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrub_radius

You should be fine with those spacers though, I've always swapped wheels and pushed them out with spacers without any noticeable ill effect.

Adding spacers also loses steering feel but as the X3 has zero steering feel anyway, it won't matter I'll be getting my X3 next year

I've driven cars with worse steering than the X3 - trouble is, us BMW drivers are spoilt!
