Sell my 2015 X3 xDrive35i M Sport with or without mods?

I'm about to pull the trigger on ordering a 2022 X3 M40i and I have a dilemma.

Currently my 2015 X3 has 5 mods.

CTS Turbo Intercooler
FTP Boost and Charge Pipes
BootMod3 Stage 1 93 Octane Tune
F15 X5 50i Front Calipers & Rotors with HardParker's excellent adapter kit
F10 550i Rear Calipers & Rotors also with HardParker's excellent adapter kit

I kept all the stock items. Should I return it to stock (and sell all the parts here on the forum) or sell it with all the mods?

150k miles.

Thanks.

A car with mods will scare off many buyers. I’d remove the tune for sure. Also possibly the brakes. You can probably leave the charge pipe and intercooler if you want but I wouldn’t call attention to them. Then I’d sell the car as stock without mentioning the mods.

You're going to need a special buyer for a car advertised with significant mods. If you have a local BMW club I'd test the waters there and see what sort of interest you get. Otherwise I'd remove the tune and offer the car with the remainder of the upgrades intact. The charge and boost pipe can certainly be regarded as a reliability mod, intercooler for more efficiency, and brakes as a safety upgrade.

Just installed the FTP charge and boost pipes on my 2015 35i M Sport as a reliability measure.

I would be interesting in the intercooler if you end up selling the parts!

The only thing I would consider taking off is the tune. Everything else is an upgrade from stock and should be mentioned as such.

Your only buyers will be from XBimmers.
No one else will appreciate all the cash you put in it and will refuse to pay for it and just consider the base value.

With a 150k miles it's going to be a hard sell, especially with performance mods unless they're not mentioned. In general, people don't put on performance parts because they baby their vehicle. If you have all the stock parts and can do the work, I'd go back to stock and sell the performance parts separately for the most ROI.
