Powertrain Failure 2013 X3

Powertrain failure at 54,014. The valvetronic actuator motor gears stuck and were binding on eccentric shaft. Replaced eccentric shaft and valvetronic actuator motor. X3 was six months out of warranty. The total repair was $3637.82. BMW paid 90% of repair costs. All is working fine now. Nice of BMW to make it right.
