iPhone contacts issue

Hi folks,
my iPhone with the latest iOS is connected via bluetooth and does the initial sync. However after a few days of working it stops showing names in HUD or iDrive screen and shows just numbers. Does anyone experience the same?

Yes, this happens in my X3 as well!
