[BMW FINALLY!]

My Client adviser informed me my 2015 X3 35i M-Sport went into production today! Got a VIN number and everything! For those wondering if the Cold Weather package was available on it, YES! My order is confirmed and in production with it Will post pics etc when I get it. Not sure how long it will take. I hope not too long. Im in Minneapolis.

BTW the BMW website doesnt show that its started production. So as I figured the site is not very accurate.

i think its a day or 2 behind, i check online today and finally the correct color is showing along with the options after the car went to actual production.

Very happy for you but jealous! My car, ordered March 28th, has still not gone into production!!!

I actually did, they said estimated production date of May 20th. Unclear why it is taking so long.

Hmm that is odd. Check with your dealer as well. Might be the slot issue I mentioned in the message I sent you.

Just called the BMW genius line and my x3 has entered production! Estimated completion date of April 17th!!

After reading your post I called the 800 number to check on my own car and it said my car is DONE! The recording said something about "the port of exit". Wow that was fast! Barely went into production Friday. Four days ago! I thinking/hoping it will arrive early next week.

If you go onto bmwusa.com and go to mybmw you'll see a contact us tab on the far left. Click on that. The call center is called BMW genius for some reason and they can give you up to date info.

Wow that is really fast! They must be really geared up to produce some m-sports.

So I just called again and its saying it will be completed May 17th. That was strange. Maybe I put in the wrong number? LOL. OH well I can live with this Saturday the 17th and still hope to get it next week. I thought that was rather fast. Mybmw still says in production.

Hey everyone! Just spoke to a BMW Genius and was told my car was released to a carrier this morning and will be here this Saturday the 24th if all goes as planned! 2015 X3 M-Sport in Melbourne Red. All options. Will for sure post pics ASAP! Also, confirmed with the genius guy I spoke to that my car in fact has the COLD WEATHER PACKAGE that was been kind of a hot topic saying the M-Sport could not have it

That's great! I think mine as been around 2 days behind yours so hopefully mine will ship soon. Word from Genius this morning was "quality control."

I have a tentative production week of June 2 for mine. I could have had it sooner but had the dealer slow it down a bit and use a later slot. I have a company car I'm rotating out of and as much as I wanted the X3 as soon as possible the fact is I really do not need it until August and plan to drive the company car into the ground until then. It will surely save the X3 from getting all sandy for at least most of this summer.

But I'll surely have the X3 in plenty of time before the heated steering wheel is needed.
