Like always great photos

Did you liked the car in loco? The car is to much different from a "normal" X4, or we can see the differences? The sound was really good or similiar a 35i version?

Thanks for this Palbay.

Thanks for this Palbay.
Thanks for the nice comments. The X4 M40i is very similar visually to the standard X4...exterior differences are primarily split exhaust finishers in the rear and the inserts in the front air intakes and side mirror caps...that's about it on differences. The X4 M40i exhaust note is far superior to the 35i X4 and in my opinion far superior to the M235i. I hope this helps. Thanks. PalBay

The X4 M40i exhaust does not sound as "deep" "bassie-Not sure that is a word"... as in the video clip....there is a little "pop and crackle" on off throttle with the X4 M40i exhaust that I did not hear in the clip. Hope this helps. Thanks. PalBay

Thanks. Pop and crackle is something you will, probably, only get when coasting. I will proceed with my Klappen.., and look forward, in due time, to compare.

I will report here.

Sorry no interior pics. Not in the market right now to buy a 40i. For me the 50 or so horsepower bump, better brakes and the suspension tweaks would push me to the 40i vs the 35i. My two cents worth. Thanks. PalBay
