Question Hissing/Whistling noise coming from the front wheels...

A couple of days after bringing the car to BWW service centre to have the "Oil Level Sensor Malfunction" fixed through software upgrade, we are now experiencing a strange squeaky (Hissing/Whistling) sound which appears to come from around the front wheels at the following times:
- When the car is about to stop at low speeds
- When the car is about to take off at low speeds
We first thought pushing the brakes causes it, but the sound is not sync with pushing the pedals, so I am not sure what this is...
any ideas?
any experience?
Our car is only at 3,000km!
