Anyone know what type bulb the X3 uses for the foglights (my X3 has Xenon headlights, not sure if that matters)?

I downloaded the owners manual and it look like X3's w/ adaptive light control use H11 fog bulbs where those without use H8. Do all xenon equipped cars have the adaptive light control? (I believe my X3 does, but am not completely positive on which option that was)

For those wondering, I'm getting the Hoen xenonmatch bulbs for the fogs

I don't know if the fog lights are the same, but I did find out that Euro cars come with and without Adaptive light control. Here it what I found under parts.

Headlight left 1 63127217289
Headlight right 1 63127217290

For vehicles with Xenon Light and adaptive headlights

AHL-xenon headlight, left 1 63117277001
AHL-xenon headlight, right 1 63117277002

For vehicles with Xenon Light

Bi-xenon headlight, left 1 63117276993
Bi-xenon headlight, right 1 63117276994

I think that in the US, it's different.

Install is finished! They are H11 bulbs for the fogs with the xenon option. Hardest part is removing the fog housings from the bumper. There are instructions in the manual, but they aren't helpful. There is a clip that is hard to reach which has to be released in order to pull the fogs out. I took some pics of the clip with the fogs out of the bumper, so hopefully it will be easier to do for everyone else. I haven't taken pics of the fogs on with the new bulbs, but so far in the day they look like a bright white so I'd say they are worth the $30!

XenaBimmer, would you mind post some pics of what you've done because i am planning to replace my fog lights as well in order to match the xenons but don't know where to start.
