2012 m-sport with "F85" mirrors and XD3 front spoiler

Here is my 2012 Sapphire black m-sport.
I've recently installed some LCI mirrors and converted them with original bmw parts to a F85/F86 look.
The car also has an Alpina XD3 frontspoiler, Remus quad exhaust and is lowered with 35mm H&R springs.

Ever thought about putting black overlays over the blue triangles of the BMW roundel?

I did with mine. But I don't have pics at the moment.

Can you take some close up pics of the lip?

Thanks!

I do have a pair of original black m performance grills laying around.
But I actually like the looks of the titan grills better.

Black overlays on the bmw enblem sounds like a nice little mod.

Here is a closer picture of the front bumper spoiler.

Were the mirrors a direct fit?

Nice remus exhaust. What is of the sound like coming from the 2l Diesel with the remus? I'd be really happy if you could share your experience on that, as I have a 2.0 aswell, and I've been playing with the idea of changing the exhaust aswell. Either Remus or Superprint.

The LCI mirrors are a direct fit mechanicallly, but there is som wiring that has to be done to get the repeaters to work.
I pulled one new wire from each mirrror to the FRM module.
At the FRM i simply disconnected the wires that runs to the repeaters on the front fenders and connected the new wires in their places.
I also had to combine the wiring harness from the new mirrors with the old ones.
But that depends on what type of equipment the mirrors have, HI or LO.
No coding was nessesary.
The F85 mirror parts are a simple swap from the standard LCI.
Just 2 parts on each mirror is needed. The mirror cap and the supporting ring.

As for the Remus, there is a slighty more sportier sound on the outside, but I dont notice that much of a difference on the inside of the car.
I did the Remus upgrade mostly for the looks.

The Remus exhaust looks really good. Does the rear trim piece just get cut or does it come with a new one to use? If its cut it looks like you did an amazing job trimming it.

I did the cutting of the rear diffuser myself. Did some plastic welding to add an extra edge so it looks just the same as on the drivers side.
