Roof racks

So I traded in my '08 E83 for an '11 F25 yesterday. So far so good, except the roof racks.... I had a Thule kit on the E83 with wrap around raisers with rubber strips. Obviously that does not work for F25 solid rails, so i went on looking ant got all confused.

Can someone point out to something that works on new rails, so i don't have to kill another hour sifting through random options and fit kits that don't work?
My objective was to get new Thule raisers and keep my bike rack, snowboard racks and wind deflector, but it looks to me that it would be easier to just sell what I have and get a BMW base system. It this true, or there is still hope?

Oh sweet! Thank you. This does not look too bad. I guess I just need new podium raisers and a fit kit.

Only a few hundred bucks. Need the square to hold my Yakima Tandem bike rack. Gets noisy over 60mph.

Roof Racks

My experience is go with the Thule. I tried two sets of the BMW racks with bad results.

Thule

For my 2013 X3, I got the Thule Aeroblade Edge system, http://www.thule.com/en-us/us/produc...7501-_-1679968

along with the Thule Circuit 526 Bike Carriers - recommended by my LBS as one of the strongest and most aerodynamic.

The entire setup is easy on and off. And absolute silence when driving, unless I'm carrying my bike, then it's the bike making the wind roar.

Had Yakima for my X5, much happier with this Thule setup and the look is even more integrated looking than the BMW podiums, IMHO.

How do you attach airblades to the factory rails? Are you using podium mounts with a fit kit?
