iPod stays on

When I turn the ignition off, my iPod keeps playing until I lock the doors. Does anyone know if this is normal or if I need to code something?

You can push the start/stop button twice. (Just make sure your foot is not on the brake)

It is normal. The electronics stay on for about 8 minutes unless you push the button a second time or lock the doors.
