Intake camshaft sensor signal high

Hi new to the forum, this forum has helped with so much, so thank you in advance.
I have a 2011 X3 35I, the other day I got upstream O2 sensor code and intake camshaft position sensor signal high. I replaced the O2 sensor code went away, replaced the intake camshaft position sensor with 3 different ones still have the code. Checked voltage 11.9, ground and 4.7 with key run position engine not running. I have searched high and low on how to fix this and get this code to go away. I got nothing.
engine is good when codes are cleared for 15-20 minutes then when code pops engine stumbles little at idle and sometimes when driving.
I have cleaned Vanos solenoids, check oil filter cap, wires seem hood, checkwire plug, everything looked good with the pins. Not sure????
Thanks
