Help with rust spots F25

Let me clarify that the car is not rusting. When I say rust spots it those little dots that stick on the paint during winter season.

Does anyone know how to get rid of them when spring comes around? What product would you recommend? Does it work for both paint and stone shield (ie: would the product damage the stone shield)?

Thanks.

There is something called "IronX" in the detailing world. I havent used it, but I've seen many good reviews. Google it and look at some of the images that come up. Also works as a wheel cleaner apparently.

E92LNGCGY, I've noticed the same thing on my AW car... I thought WTF??

Anyway, I noticed the same pin-prick like rust mark on the rear bumper cover and realised it must be some contaminant stuck to the surface.

I've never used a clay bar but this spring I might give it a go.

If you've seen the production videos the car is basically electroplated with the primer so I don't think the marks are rust from beneath.

Thanks to all for your information. I will try your suggestions.

Mine is also AW so I was kind of annoyed to see these rust spots.
