2014 X3 changes

I know this is probably early but what do you guys think will be different?
I'm hoping they get rid of the black plastic trim around the bottom of the car and paint it. That is the main reason why i'm going with black because that black plastic stands out so much on any other color.
Or maybe a minor refresh of the front and rear of the car to match the new X5 and X1?

If you don't want the plastic, get the Msport package. I don't think BMW will start giving away for free something they have been charging thousands for previously.

^I got to agree...don't think they would change that..it's forcing people who hate it to spend extra to get the M-sport which is more money in BMW's pocket. Why paint it and then get less people making the jump and thus lose money.

Should be a while too before they switch to MY14

I am hoping for full-LED tails, easily retrofittable to the previous years' models. Or so I hope!

I could see some LED tails, most of the rest of their lineup has either already changed to them or is changing now. We're just now switching over to MY13 so I think it's going to be quite a while before we start hearing about the MY14...

I want a retina Nav screen .

My guess is a light facelift on outside plastic bumpers. Slightly different lights, some LEDs, enhanced software in idrive, 1-2 less standard features and caltrops.

Changes are normally slight and are done with the door handles, front and rear lighting. Unlikely any changes to the bumper though.

^+1 annd I think they will likely update the climate control panel in the F25. its strange they are using the current system on an "F" series car, as all of the other "F" cars I have seen and owned have the new controls.

I assume the LCI F25 with electronic climate controls will resemble the F30's 1st pic. The other 2 photos are the controls from my former F12 and F07 for comparison notice the steering wheel and dash pod (Speedo/RPM) layouts are basically the same across the board.
