As Le Chef says, cannot tell from engine pictures. Look at your dampers (shock tower) and if you have the attachment to the shock as shown in the posts you have now searched, then you have DDC. If no attachment on the shock, no DCC.
Why do not know from the dealer or purchase?

The only way you can have Dynamic Damping Control is if it was specifically ordered. In the United States it is called the Dynamic Handling Package (DHP) which includes Dynamic Damping Control, Variable Sports Steering, and Performance Control. If DHP is ordered with the MSport Package the Dynamic Dampnig replaces the Sport Suspension which is deleted on all US Models by default and since Performance Control is included with MSport $100 is deducted from the cost of the DHP Package. Many have speculated that Dynamic Damping Control is included in Pakages such as the MSport Package, but it is not. The only way you would have DCC is if it was purchased as a line item.
