I garage my car but still see the dirt attracted to the car. I went to my dealer yesterday and bought their car wash stuff and spray wax. Will see how that works.

My car is black sapphire metallic and love it. I dint have the sports pkg but tinted my front windows and pit mud flaps on. Looks great

This one could be my favorite one yet.
It was raining when I took the picture, but it was also sunny. It's my favorite kind of weather.

A man after my own heart. I love to shoot close up element shots of the car, I feel that it captures so much more of the texture, lines, and shadows. Nicely done.

and more

I used to have a wagon just like the one on the right, except in Platinum Gray Metallic. I miss driving it a lot. I spoke to the owner, who happened to be right there, and he said that buying that car was the best decision he's ever made. It's a real shame that car isn't sold in the US anymore. So I decided to take a picture to show the old and the new.

wow, the E60 looks dwarfed compared to the F25 X3, it really is that big.

Yeah, there's surprisingly more legroom in the F25 than in my old E60 wagon, which is weird, because the F25 has a shorter wheelbase.

I think it looks bigger because of the larger kidney grille pieces and the wider spaces of the slats.

Great pictures. Thanks for posting them. I keep coming back to this thread and ogling at your pics since I have a black sapphire X3 35i being built as I type this. Mine will also have the sport activity package, but will have the sand beige interior (with wave wood trim).

Enjoy your gorgeous X3, Judd.

juddholland Have you had problems with the CPD because you don't have a front plate? I would be surprised if they haven't hassled you. I personally love how it looks plateless but don't want to spend money on unnecessary tickets.

I bought my car in February, and my temp plate is still on in the back. It expires May 31st, so still no trouble. But I will have to face the truth that I do need a front plate.

Taken in the garage in my apartment building. I need a wash.

I'm grappling onto the individuality of having bought among the first 10 people in Chicago.

I saw 4 today on the way home from the gym. Mostly 28i's, but I am still attached to the notion that I--among my fellow early adopters--have influenced the great numbers of buyers since delivery back in February.
