BMW offers Pandora?

Anybody know anything about this? In WSJ.

Must be part of BMW Apps (6NR), ie ConnectedDrive. I'm so PO'd that I didn't order 6NF & 6NR, even though I have a BB Storm. Looks as if BB is dropping the ball big time and now that Verizon was iPhone; crap!

Just start with the name of one of your favorite artists, songs or classical composers and Pandora will create a "station" that plays their music and more music like it." The iPhone app Pandora Radio does not seem to yet be available in the UK iTunes store but when it is could be interesting.

(Pandora content not licenced for the uk or some/many other countries. So cant use the web version and also why not on uk itunes. Also hear that the adverts have got too prolific)

It's not as good but you can use the FStream app for free Internet radio in the UK and then stream it to iDrive using Bluetooth

Yes, 6NR is required. BMW just released the app on itunes last week:

A much as I would like to use this, I have a BB so I didn't bother to get the 6NR option. (iphone only) I wish they had something similar for BB's. Maybe one day they will.
