X4 USA Launch control

I know the European/ UK version is going to have launch control. Does anyone know if it is going to have it included as well?

Since I live in Europe - I obviously will get launch control.

How does it work - compared to brake with left foot and give it full throttle?

You may have found the answer to your question by now, but if not, here it is...

Launch Control Instructions:
 Short press of the DSC button.
 Move gear lever into "Sport" mode.  Press brakes firmly.
 Step on the accelerator activating the kick-down function.
 Release the brakes.
*Engine requires +2,000kms, warm outdoor and internal operating temperatures to engage this function.

Is their an indicator that you are in launch mode?

I don`t find it very different from my "left foot" brake/release method.
