X3 - strange leakage in the cabin

I have very strange leakage in the cabin, at the passengers side, by the left passengers leg. I am from Europe, and steering wheel is on the left side, so, passengers seat is on the rigth side, just to be precise. I will post the picture where my problem can be seen.
