Looks like it will be an option in the 15 F25. I see the little dot between the grills on the promo pictures. Funny, I always thought that was the ACC radar, but I guess that is somewhere else in the bumper.

I'm glad to have this clarified. When I asked about that dot last October, I was told it was probably the auto high beam.

No, that camera is stuck onto the windshield behind the rearview mirror on all BMW models.

Agreed! Reminds me of a joke email- why spend good money on binoculars, just stand closer to the object being observed.
Perhaps only good if its attached to a recorder (for insurance claims etc.), or its attached to a real time movement tracking system used to prevent accidents.

I believe the benefit and purpose of FFC is for those cases when you are coming out of a blind corner where you can't see "around" an obstacle. This will allow you to see side-to-side. I think I saw some BMW's on the lot that had L and R facing cams on the front for the same purpose. This does the same just with a super wide angle lens.
