X3 stable in storm wind
I had to drive my wife to the airport last night and there was a high storm wind:
http://news.yahoo.com/severe-typhoon...013029252.html Considering the circumstances, we remarked that you did not really feel the effect of the high wind on the car body. No major shakes. Also I did not have to apply much correction on the steering wheel. I know I should not have driven, but that is another matter. |

But in the end it was not too bad: just sitting 4hrs in the shaking plane on the ground, then overnight in the airport, and in total 24hrs added to travel time. |

I think the direction of the wind against the vehicle would be a major factor here!
