Liquid leak

Hi everyone,
I have liquid leaking from 3 holes in my splash shield which i think is beneath the gearbox. It doesnt seem to be oil, more water like in appearance and feel.

Is this something to worry about and get checked or is this an overflow for something?

I would probably start by removing the underside protection. Maybe then you can see better where it’s coming from .
