That sounds about right - 130mph/210kph should be the normal speed limit, most BMW's are limited to that unless you have the higher performance tires available with the m-sport package, then you might get the 155 mph limit, not sure on the X3 though.

101Mph,

Really can't go that high with our OEM tires because they are limited to 130mph. More weight = less mph the tires can handle~

Faster than the law allows. BTW, the Sport transmission has a higher topend than the standard tranny, 150MPH vs. 130MPH.

I had the cruise set at about 120 for a good 30 minutes while traveling through Texas. I think my highest was around 130, I can't remember if it felt limited there or not.

lol....sorry....

On an autobahn driving from Austria back to UK we did a 3 mile run at 130mph/210kph ... felt rock solid on winter tyres.... plenty fast enough for me.

85 mph... I'm too scared to get injured especially innocent people because you never know when accidents will happen.

I did 145 MPH going backwards

Seriously, just today, I blew by an old lady in a Subaru in a 55 mph zone, I must have been going at least 58 MPH

I do 100mph sometimes, rarely. Just for the heck of it. What amazes me is how easy is it to do 70->100!
My normal cruising speed is about 75, sometime a tad more, I know they don't flash people at 80 on the motorway.

On smaller A roads, I do 60mph. All the time. Even in corners, roudabouts etc. I just assume the speed limit to 60 is ALSO the lower speed limit :-) makes for interesting driving, is legal, and is a heck of a lot more challenging than cruising a 120mph !
