Anti Glare Solutions for Idrive 8.8 in screen?

Hello all - I've been having problems lately seeing my iDrive screen when moon roof is open. I am leerie of those Amazon anti glare films and tempered glass as I am afraid if I mess it up, I won't be able to get it off. Would anyone have experience with solving this problem? With the great weather now on the East Coast I love to have the roof open. Thanks

What screen/car do you have? Your profile just says an F10. An F25 X3's screen is inset and should have BMW's factory anti-glare coating. I have no issues with the larger version of the same screen in my F12 convertible with the top down. Nothing will improve on the the BMW anti-glare coating. If you have one of the newer, exposed, shiny screens that may be a different issue.

Sorry I have to update my profile - 2016 F25 with 8.8 in screen - only occurs with the direct sunlight through the open moon roof - thank you

Probably nothing you can do. That's not "glare", that's direct sunlight overpowering the LED's. Close it until the moon comes out.

LOL - appreciate that - could enjoy the moon if my night driving was better- the halogens are tough for me coming from HIDs- I would love to upgrade but have read several posts about aftermarket blinding others. Don't want to jeopardize anyone for my sake
