Heater Fan Motor
My 2014 X3 heater fan motor sounds like a bulldozer when it is on full power.
I hate to do it but I think I'm going to have to go to the dealer to get it looked at. I am surprised I could not find anything on a 2014 X3 heater fan on you tube. |

This job is very very easy! All you do is remove the lower glove box panel and TWIST the fan out. It takes maybe 10-15 mins. I just had to pull my brothers he had a mouse in his.

I pulled the fan and motor and sure enough there were leaves in the fan. No signs of mice. Cleaned them out and put a bit of oil on the bearings and all is well now.
