Hey guys,

On our 2014 X3, we've set presets for buttons 1-8 on the radio and we've messed with settings in the iDrive menu for the vehicle itself (triple blink turn signals etc.) and those settings are not being saved.

Every time we get into the vehicle, everything we did is gone. Our 2011 328i never experienced this issue and I'm wondering if it's something that will need service or if there is something we're not setting properly (save profile or something).

Any ideas?

So a little hunting and I did find that the key fobs present different profiles for the car to remember.

Now the issue is this, my wife has preset stations for satellite radio and those stations show up as "channel not available" when she starts the car but she can use the iDrive to manually change to those satellite stations.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that shes on a one year Sirius trial from the dealership.

I don't think so. I'm on the 1 year free Sirius trial, and my satellite presets always work.

Having the exact same problem on a new 2014 640i. Everything seems to save except Satellite Radio presets, no matter what I do. Even tried using the other key fob and no luck.

If anyone can help, please let us know!
