So I have a 2013 X3. I have the BMW apps package. I saw that yesterday Tuni in Radio released an update that said it would now work with BMW apps.

I have not been able to get this to work. When I launch the BMW connected drive app on Iphone, I do see an option under BMW apps in the x3 for 'other apps' such as Tune in. When I click on Tune in, it does launch on the iPhone, and but there does not seem to be an option to actually use the app from within the BMW apps section.

Is anyone out there a Tune In Radio user, and has anyone had success with this?

I do notice that an idrive update was released in january. I have not updated my drive yet. Not sure if this would matter.

BMW Connected hasn't been updated in a few months. I expect that you'll see Tune In Radio in the next release.

I thought that may be the case- that tune in enabled support for idrive, but BMW has not done so yet. I notice that within the bmw connected app that several compatible apps are mentioned, with Tune In Radio not being one of them.
