Interior colors for Sparkling Bronze Metallic

Hi Friends,

I ordered Sparkling Bronze Metallic xdrive 35 i with almost every option ticked except Dynamic Handling and M Sports Package.

I ordered Oyster Nevada Leather, but now I am considering switching it to Sand Beige. I did not want to order Sand Beige since it is very common.
Now, I am debating whether Oyster goes well with Sparkling Bronze.

Please help!

Agree with Colton, should be fine. Your personal tastes will dictate, tho.

beige changes a lot more than the colour of the seats and it's important to know the difference if considering oyster/beige. I think you can see the difference in what changes colour on the configurator online

Yes, but beige and black also come in leatherette.

I also did some research and found that 90% of the people who ordered sparkling bronze are going with beige.

So I wanted to be a little different. I also wanted to choose Mojave or Chestnut as they are listed as "special options" by BMW but was not sure if they go well with SB. I hope Oyster looks good on SB.

From the many owner's photos I've seen, I would say that oyster leather looks good with any colour.

I agree! It's one of those colors. This being said, mine is "plain" sand beige - and I love it!

Oyster works with just about any color, and looks great.

I really like Chestnut, but it can clash with some exterior colors.

One tip - NEVER buy a color combination you've not seen with your own eyeballs.

I made that mistake and ordered an (E39) M5 with colors from the catalog swatches that neither I or my dealer had seen. It should have been red with a caramel interior.

When the car arrived it was some gawd-awful reddish purple exterior with an interior the color of a pumpkin. Somewhere, there is a pimp in Oakland that was very pleased to have that car, but we sure didn't take delivery.

Looks as if you've made up your mind to stay with the oyster interior and I would agree with that. I think the oyster leather seats look great with the dark dash and surrounds. On the other hand, the beige - which other people have already pointed out is an overall biege colour scheme - just looks plain awful in my opinion. We are going with the oyster interior with dark fineline trim with the bluewater exterior.

I have seen the Oyster on a variety of vehicles at the local dealer and it looks awesome on all of them. There is a coupe with Mohave exterior which is close to the sparkling bronze and it has the Oyster interior (looks awesome). It sounds like a beautiful combination to me; I agree with the earlier posts that the color is a very personal choice though. Good luck.

I have seen a Mojave Z4 too.. with Oyster interior... looked stunning...

Oyster it is! I am soo excited... The dealer said 3 weeks... so, hopefully I should be getting it by end of this month
