2017 F25 No Radio Audio

Hi Guys,

I have a 2017 X3 and the radio (both FM and AM ) stations have no audio.

I have audio from Sirius radio, CD, Door, seat belt warning, BLuetooth, Apple Car play and they all work...

I tried resetting the radio by holding down the power button. Radio stations are showing but no sound.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the antenna connection(s) and or antenna diversity module?
Do you at least hear static or is it dead silent?
