Water/Meth Injection

So I figured I would post here and see what people on here could tell me about running water meth in their N55's. I have the AEM kit in my Subaru, and was thinking of running the same sort of thing in the X3. Now Im not looking at it as a method of making way more power or anything. The number 1 reason I like the idea of it is to keep the valves clean and cool off things a little bit. And then secondary is the little boost it would give in octane. Ive been looking at upgrading to the FTP Charge pipes since Im worried mine will pop with the MHD tune, and noticed it has a spot for a nozzle. If I did it I would likely just leave the small nozzle in there and then would have to figure out where to have it come on and ramp up to. Anyone want to share their experience or tips?

I ran meth on my buicks and remember it is quite corrosive. Not sure what it will do with the magnesium/aluminum block/head.
