Error for tracking the new car in BMWUSA.com
I have a order for the X3. Last week, I could use the BMWUSA.com to track the production. However,in this week, it always show
'Sorry! There was an application error. Please try again later.' Does anyone meet the same problem? |

Yes several of us have experienced the same error for over a week. There are a couple threads about this. The other thing that may happen once you get access is the color will be wrong. Mine was showing the incorrect color for a couple weeks. Be patient with the color.
I do hope the web site begins working soon, mine is supposed to be in production but I can not track it. Arrrg: |

Any tips to avoid this error? I called 800 and knew that my car is in transit. The production should be completed. But I still cannot track the status online. I cannot see the production video!
