Error for tracking the new car in BMWUSA.com

I have a order for the X3. Last week, I could use the BMWUSA.com to track the production. However,in this week, it always show
'Sorry!

There was an application error.

Please try again later.'

Does anyone meet the same problem?

Yes several of us have experienced the same error for over a week. There are a couple threads about this. The other thing that may happen once you get access is the color will be wrong. Mine was showing the incorrect color for a couple weeks. Be patient with the color.

I do hope the web site begins working soon, mine is supposed to be in production but I can not track it. Arrrg:

Thank you. The dealer told me my X3 is in the code 112. Hoping they will build it in this week.

Any tips to avoid this error? I called 800 and knew that my car is in transit. The production should be completed. But I still cannot track the status online. I cannot see the production video!
