UK Extended Storage Pack
Can anyone confirm what the storage pack includes? I was looking at an X3 in the showroom last week and it had a net to the left hand side and another to the right near to the back seats, there was also a void on the right which had the manual in! Are any of these standard fit or part of the pack?

I think its worth the £155 cost though some of the features such as storage nets on rear of front seats would be hard pushed to hold much more than a slim map though they are handy for storing a safety vest. The additional power sockets, especially in the boot are quite handy as is the extra 'folding compartment' on the dash, under the light switch.
Per BMW dealer site: Extended storage....EXTENDED STORAGE £ 155.00 Additional luggage compartment functionality: storage net on left- hand side wall, lashing rails and four lashing eyes, oddments tray with dividers and folding box under luggage compartment floor. Inserts for cupholder (front) with Chrome rings and folding compartment under light switch, storage nets on rear of front seats and in front passenger footwell, rear centre armrest with cupholders. Additional power sockets: one in front centre armrest, one in the rear centre console and one in the luggage compartment. |

Yep, well worth the money. you also get the cup holders ;-)
Seriously, I use the sliding "hooks" in the boot, it's quite practical
