Question X4 spotted in downtown Dallas photoshoot

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Hello everyone.

So there's a photoshoot going down in downtown Dallas today... Can't really get close to it, so sorry for the quality of the photos. But my money says that this is the X4. Thoughts?

Edit: it's been confirmed to have been the X4. More X4 news at: http://www.bimmerpost.com/x4/

it's definitely an X4. i asked if it was indeed an X4 and was told 'no'. Nice wheels - better than any currently available on other X's.

Curious, will the X4 be offered with a panoramic roof option? I just recently drove the X3 and it made such a difference as to making it feel more roomy.

People complain that the 2 is excessive. The 2 is only replacing the 1 coupe.

This thing is totally unnecessary.

Wish BMW would do away with the GT models as well. Quite frankly, they are painful to look at.

I cannot believe my eyes, I'd never buy one with a standard sunroof,

Looks silly without the full panel glass roof!

I wonder if the sloping roof makes a pano sunroof impossible? X6 isn't available with a pano roof either.

I had no idea, it makes the car having the roof open to the sky.

Really would be nice to have a full size panorama roof standard on the X models. I have a huge roof on my 5 touring and it's one of my favorite things about my 5er. I know the roof is pretty sloped on the X4/X6 but if Porsche can do it on their targa models?...

Hey it's better than the 6er coupe and Gran Coupe - they don't even have a sliding moonroof at all -- it only cracks upwards. Was a major turn off for me when considering the 6 series.

So the pano roofs are available in the X1, X3, X5, GT models, touring models and 6er (AFAIK)?

It's so annoying that BMW doesn't even offer it on all their cars. I would take it over the standard sunroof in a heartbeat and they'd make even more money since most are all about the look of the car. I don't care if it adds extra weight to the car.
It would save me from blacking out my roof with a vinyl too..

Audi even has one on their A1 and MB on their A-class too..

They'd better put one on the X2.

Still don't understand how we don't see more full images of cars from downtown photo shoots... Either not enough tower dwellers care enough to take photos or BMW photo/video crews do a great job of keeping the wraps on them.
