Thanks so much for the reply, Thomas! It is a 2014.

It looks from your thread that you were able to retrofit an X4 M40i wheel to an X4 35i. I am actually just looking to do the M Sport from the X3 35i to the X3 35i non-M Sport, so it should be even more compatible, no?

Also, did your wheel have paddle shifters before, and if not, did the paddle shifters work for you after the retrofit?
