Winter floor mats
Anyone have the new style of winter floor mats for the X3.. Part #51472164763? The pics online make them look pretty nice, but I'd be curious to see how deep they actually are and what they look like installed. My new white X3 M Sport arrives this week and the rain and snow will soon be here. My wife has Weathertech mats in her MDX and they are pretty nice, but the new style from BMW might be what I want just because they are unique. I just want heavy mats, lots of depth to hold the slush, and lots of grip so my feet don't slide around like in my old X3 mats. Any thoughts and pics would be great.

I looked at those for my X3 M Sport and still liked the WeatherTech FloorLiners better as they had better coverage and could be easliy removed while keeping all the dirt etc in them. You can buy the from WeatherTech but the advantage of getting them from BMW (they are exactly the same) is that the BMW ones replace the WeatherTech logo with a BMW XDRIVE logo, much nicer!! Here is the BMW Part # 82112210410 (Black or Beige only).

I have the BMW all weather mats and really like them! They are nice and thick and are easy to hose down.

He he...I had them for my e92 330D found them very good....in fact as a temporary measure because I am skint this month having just bought the car I have them actually in my F25!
Well its not that I am skint I think its that I feel guilty spending so much money on myself and my car in one month! :-) I will get these soon though, I like the ability to take them out and hose them down. they come up like new when clean. |

When I bought mine the BMW liners were the same price as the weather tech liners. The nice thing about the BMW liners was they came with the velcro pads which were already installed on the floor for the carpet liners. The weather tech ones use a hook instead, so you have to change out the velcro pads for the hook.
