13' X3 fog light upgrade to white?

My 2013 X3 has a broken fog light -- it has the 'incandescent' yellow lights on it, and since I'm changing one, I might change both and upgrade to the white ones.
Any suggestions for part#? Does these needs to be 'coded' and can my Indy do it easily enough?

There are led fog lamps but don't know if it fits '13 models. Check eBay. I have '11 model and still use the halogen housing but switched to led bulbs. You need to code it or will get error on dash because of voltage monitoring. Bought jdm h11 led and works great, no blinding, flickering, or errors. Matches my hid.

BMW offers upgradable fog light to match the xenon headlights, and they are 20% brighter. The part no 63112352235 and are called Blue Halogen H11. They aren't really blue though. In my opinion they are white and fit perfectly with the white Xenon lights.
I installed them on my F25 and they definetly look better than the stock yellow lights.
