Any recommended dealers in NorCal?

Hey all,

I am ready to put in my factory order for an X3. I was wondering if someone had a recommendation for a dealer that would offer a fair price and good customer service for a factory ordered X3.

I have used Concord bmw for service for a very long time, they are great in that category. I have tried to buy a car from them with zero success. I have heard good things about East Bay bmw in Pleasanton. Good luck!

I ordered an X3 (just arrived yesterday) from Sonnen BMW – got 6% off MSRP through TrueCar. Agreed on a price via email and will only be driving up to receive the car soon.

I've used BMW of Mountain View for service and they're (almost) always great.

I got my X3 from East Bay BMW. They have had bad reviews in the past I think but have really turned around their overall customer satisfaction. I was really happy with my process.

Thanks for the responses. Went with one particular dealer...but I am not happy with my choice so far. The CA is not very communicative or responsive. I'll post more details once the transaction is all done.
