Financing Options?
Hey everyone,
I'm looking around for banks/credit unions to see where I get the best rates for either traditional finance or balloon finance/bmw select for the following: I'm currently debating on 2 options: Pre-Owned 2013 BMW X3 28i M-Sport MSRP $55k, current price $39985 and has about 2,000 miles. Dealer mentioned it was a bmw executive car, red exterior beige interior with such low miles and price it makes sense to save 15-20k off brand new 2015 models. $39985 + plus tax, tag, title, and fees Brand New 2015 BMW X3 28d M-Sport Alpine white/Brown Interior working with this dealer to match the TrueCar.com offer/price at $54,500 out the door with the following options: Lighting Package (ZLP), M Sport (ZMM), Driver Assistance Package (ZDA), Harman Kardon Surround Sound System (688), Adaptive Full Led Lights (552), Enhanced USB & Bluetooth w/Smartphone Integration (6NS), Acc Stop & Go + Active Driving Assistant (5AT), Navigation System (609), Parking Assistant (5DP), Saddle Brown,Nevada Leather Upholstery (LUD3), Premium Package (ZPP), Panoramic Moonroof (402) $54,500 + plus tax, tag, title, and fees Does it make sense to go with the 2013 and save the 15k ? I've always thought buying a brand new car was not a great idea, rather wait to find a pre-owned or CPO one with the options of your taste. Thx

Taxes are 7% in NJ, and will try to negotiate to get it out the door for 40k before the sales tax. Waiting on approval on PenFed they have 2.49% 48/60 months. Trading in my car to help lower the cost of the loan as well. Changes that I like in the 2015 - Diesel , new LCI LED Lights, 20' wheels, Side view mirror signal lights, But I don't mind getting into a nicely optioned 13-14 for 10-15k off MSRP and wait for the X3's New Interior to come out.

its either you want new car w/ new features, order it and wait OR get the x3 at the dealership and save some money and its available right away. |

I do want a new car w/ new features but it's kinda exceeding my budget so I am going to go with this pre-owned to save some money and have more equity for when in 2-4yrs I decided to sell/trade for a newer X3 (have more money put down) and owe less.
