color changes in 2012 models?

any chance of this? I am really disapointed in the lack of brighter/lighter "colors" on the X3, not as bad as the Q5 which doesn't even have a red and their deep sea blue is like BMWs carbon black, BUT I was hoping for a Lemans blue or Monte Carlo blue, somthing to make it pop.

What really ticked me off was seeing that the M Sport special color on the X1 is going to be the LeMans Blue, WTF BMW! So basically any M Sport models made in Europe get the LeMans Blue, any models made in the USA get the Carbon Black? Does the US not have the dye available to make LeMans Blue

Not likely. Maybe a 1 in 100 chance that they'll offer new colours.

Don't hold your breath. If you want good colors, you have to buy an Audi.

Audi Q5 has worse color choices than the X3 right now (I mean for colors, not that the options on the X3 are bad...)

Now if Audi makes a QS5 then we will see the rainbow of red/yellow/blue for sure... But I bet their QS5 would compete with the 35i like the S4 competes with the 335xi...

Sad that you have to get their sport version to compete with the normal BMW engines.

You can order a Q5 in any colour you like but you have to pay about £2000 GBP extra

Wow, so I just looked into that, interesting program that I wish BMW offered.
$2500 to get any Audi color on any car. $6000 and you can get any cars color on an audi as long as you have the code (so LeMans blue on an audi...) $8000 for some special colors.

piano black trim for $560, the anthracite headliner was insane though at $2560 but it did say it has contrast stitching, hahaha

I am sure there are lots of people that would pay $2500 for any BMW color on any BMW car, people pay it on Porsche's

I would have paid $2500 in a heart beat for Laguna Seca Blue.

You can always just search till the day ends for a paint shop that does the same work as the factories do.
