LC1 Centre Armrest USB

Can anyone confirm if the USB in the centre armrest powers off when the car is locked?

I have my ipod touch plugged into it and am wondering if it constantly powered, don't want to run the risk of a flat battery if it does. It used to power off on my F25 but i'm not totally convinced on the LC1

Yes doesn't continually provide power
