bmw body shop international warranty?

Hello
Few months ago I had a minor accident at the rear of the car and took it to Saleve automobiles in France, an official bmw dealership. To make things sort they did a lousy job. Cracks in the paint and annoying rattles from the panels of the rear door.
my question is whether the repair is covered by international warranty meaning I can take it to a dealer of another country (I leave very close to Switzerland).

Production faults i.e. defect components are covered by warranty and as far as I know it is an European warranty meaning that you can have components replaced under warranty in another European country. But lousy repair jobs will not be covered by warranty; it will be a case/discussion between you and the dealer/repair shop in question.
