I was changing the steering angle sensor for my x3 2009 without notice the secure of the wheel was unlock and in the end the steering bar was out of its place (it was larger and the nuts were not in its place), so with a hammer I introduced it and now it is shorter...I want to know how to disassemble it in order to get in its original position and thus be able to mount the steering in the car.
I added pictures with the current problem in red you can see the sterring bar that is shorter and I need to get it out.
I really appreciate if anyone has a manual of how to disassemble it in order to assemble it back and get it working.
