Yes, we ordered the xenons a la carte. No cold weather pack.
Never had headlight washers and didn't understand how effective they could be. At least without little wipers to go with them.

I had them on others cars...I don't ever remember using them so I can't tell you if they work or not. I personally don't think I need them on the X3 but I don't go through muddy areas or "off roading"

I have never had or seen any headlight washers that do a decent job of cleaning the lights. I'd rather not pay for something that works poorly, at the best.

Only old Volvos with wiper headlight wash were good... only water spray is useless especially in dark part of the year when they throw salt on the streets and highways.
