Tail light out! LDD-500HW the fix?

A friend told me that one of my taillights was out so I grabbed a LDD-500HW repair board that I bought to fix my other taillight 6 months ago. I bought 4 altogether since I anticipated replacing them all. Got the sodering iron out and replaced it. Well after putting it all together it didn't work. Tested the bulbs and one was burned out. I guess what I'm saying is test your bulbs first! Circuit boards in a taillight, where we going next?
