Hi All,
Have any BMW owners been successful in getting the OTA map updates in Canada. If yes, Could you please tell me the process?.

My car is a 2017 X3 with connecteddrive subscription and the current map version is NBTEvo 2016-2. i have never received any OTA update although my Navigation version screen shows i have automatic update available for CAN, AK 2016-4. But dont know why OTA map updates are not coming through. My regional settings also does not show any region.

I paid for the subscription mainly for map updates, because during the buying process i was told OTA updates are available in canada. Now Dealer says, there is no OTA updates in canada and only update is a paid service ...Is it true?
