Low speed vibration

I have a 2007 x3 and from a dead stop after easy acceleration i feel a small but noticeable vibration. the vibration goes away as speed increases , the vibration is not felt in the wheel so i dont beluieve it to be in the steering or wheels. any ideas?

Had exactly this issue a couple of months ago in conjunction with squeaking from the rear, especially when backing up.

The squeaking was a bad differential, and the vibration required replacing one driveshaft and one rear axle.

does the vibration get worst with speed before it disappers? does it feel like rotational vibration in drivtrain or does it go with rpm or your engine?
