Question on BSI (BMW Service Included)

Hallo,
today i took my 2012 X3 20D for it's first service. It has 23000 km.
I have bought the BSI (BMW Service Included) together with the car, thinking it was a fare deal.
The service was done in a day but two things happened:
1)The responsible told me that by accident they changed the rear break pads which needed 5000 kms to go without calling me because they thought I had the BSI plus which includes this. I protested (probably not enough) and they gave me a discount of the order of 25%. The other option was to let them put my old ones back which i didn't want because i was in a hurry.
2) I paid for the oil (the liquid), although i thought that it is included.
In the BMW site they state:

BMW Service Inclusive includes
- Oil Services
- Oil top-ups between services
...

Does anyone have experience on this? Should I have paid for the oil or not?

How would you handle this situation? I was not in the best state of mind to face this situation and now i might have to go back...

Thanks in advance

Huh.

I have the same Service Agreement. I did not pay for anything after my first oil service. Oil IS included.

In regards to the accidental replacement of the brake pads without telling you.. In Norway the shop has two options if they fail to tell you the cost for it first and donīt have your GO for the repair. Either way they wonīt get money from the customer.
- They MUST by law give you the repair for free, or
- Change it back the way it was before.

It has happened with me in two occasions. In both cases I got it for free because they knew the cost for changing it back exceeded the loss...

I would talk to them again...

Thanks for the reply Richard. I did some searching and i found that they state it explicitly:
The service package consists of maintenance work and services on the factory-made vehicle (including oil, labour and all necessary original BMW parts) as stated in the following:

1. Engine oil change including oil filter
2. Service/replacement of air filter, fuel filter, microfilter, spark plugs
3. Service brake fluid
4. Service vehicle check

Very annoyed...

Update:
I went back today and showed him what i found on the net and the service responsible agreed he was wrong (after carefully checking his documentation as well which apparently he did not do before).
I also asked that my old brake pads were put back and to my surprise they did it and i was fully refunded.

Now the break pads service on the IDrive screen shows 34000 km. Should I believe it? Or the system just checks generally when the pads were removed?

Does anyone know whether Ican upgrade from BSI to BSI plus by paying the difference?
