Ok. I thought maybe this was a dealerships first allocation coming in.

Don't feel too bad; they only circulate interior air, so while they do something, its not much. I got it in the X5 because it was a "no cost" option, but we never use it. Other manufacturers actually pipe air conditioned air into the seats.

19" is standard, 20" & 21" are available as options for the 40i.

I'm wondering why none of the recent reviews/tests have the 21s. They seemed to be the popular choice when unveiling the car. In my opinion they do look awesome. I'm wondering if the ride quality really is decreased that much by them. Interesting.

Most of the reviews were from the same site in Portugal. It appears the reviewers simply had to go with the cars provided.

For me, it was two reasons.....

1) Worried that ride would be stiffer with less rubber on the larger wheel
2) They cost $1900!!!!

(Amazingly, the M40i's in UK seem to come with the 21" wheels standard

So, not surprising their show cars have them as they look really cool. But I'll be interested to see how popular they really are when people have to put up the cash!!

My bad. It is the Canadians that get the 21" wheels standard.
