minor gap on the passenger side door/wheel bumper? left side
the gap is in the picture attached, my right side is perfectly fine. will the dealership fix the problem? the car is 40 days in
the white thing there looks like its suppose to be rounded but its broken apart. thanks for the help |

I'd definitely take it to the dealer and try to get them to fix it. Would have been better to find it at delivery, but the car is still under warranty. If it didn't show then and has only shown up since you've been driving it, it could be a sign that something else (worse) is wrong, too, so that's another good reason to have the dealer look at it.
Dealers get paid by BMW to fix cars under warranty, so sometimes they're just as eager to fix stuff as you are to have it fixed. |

You should bring the car back to the dealer for anything that you think is a manufacturing defect. You may have noticed that these cars are relatively expensive and as a BMW customer you should be 100% satisfied with the workmanship.
